In this section, our web hosting clients can access user guides to the tools our servers host such as PHP and MySQL, a Webmail interface for accessing e-mail through a web browser, detailed statistics on their website and a server status page.
Web statistics are available for customers of The Web Factory at no extra charge. The stats are, in most cases, calculated daily and will give you valuable insights into where your web traffic is coming from.
Web stats are accessed through your cPanel login. You should also consider adding Google Analytics to your website. If you do not have a cPanel login or have lost it please contact us.
For customers of The Web Factory, we provide a WebMail facility for checking your email while out on the road or for when you are travelling overseas. This facility can be used through any web browser and provides full email functionality. For most of our customers WebMail is automatically activated with your web hosting account. To access your WebMail just point your web browser to: https://webmail.webfactory.com.au:2096/
You will be forwarded to a login screen where you need to enter a user and password. The user is simply your full email address (eg. fred@example.com.au) and the password is your normal email password. If you are having difficulty connecting to your WebMail account please contact us for assistance. There are no additional fees for this service.
