WordPress maintenance, including keeping your site updated, is very important – you will also need to update plugins and themes regularly. Being a Content Management System, the end user is able to perform these very important updates. If however you would prefer to leave this task to the experts, simply sign up to The Web Factory WordPress Maintenance Plan.

What's Included?
- Logging into your website monthly and carrying out required updates to WordPress, themes and plugins
- Daily backups of your WordPress website
- Removal of Spam comments
- Email support for WordPress related queries.
- Fees are $25/month for most websites.
- This fee is suitable for most small business websites, but we may need to quote for custom maintenance if you have a more complex website.
- The fees are payable in advance either bi-annually or annually. We do not offer a month by month option.
- If after carrying out the monthly updates there is a major issue (such as compatibility of a plugin, or outdated theme) then we will quote a price to investigate and fix the issue.
- If you don’t have a WordPress Maintenance Agreement in place with The Web Factory it is your responsibility to ensure you carry out your own updates to WordPress, themes and plugins.
- If you don’t have a Maintenance Agreement in place and require assistance, our support fee of $99/hour will be charged.
- Prices are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST.
- All payments to The Web Factory are non-refundable. That is, we don’t refund part of the year’s Maintenance if you decide to move your website to another hosting service or close your business.
